Delivery Promise
Most of our products will be delivered within 1-2 working days if Express delivery is selected at checkout using standard courier services: TNT, ParcelForce or DHL. Standard Free delivery offered on orders over £150 will be dispatched by ParcelForce approximately 4 days. Standard delivery on smaller items will travel by the relevant Royal Mail postal service depending on size and weight restrictions. Products that have a longer lead time will be stated along side the price on the product details page. We do not expect it to take more than a week to deliver any of our equipment. Some books, especially old classics with limited stocks at the publishers, may take a little longer. Please allow slightly longer for the busier periods at Christmas and during the sales.
Most products will have specific order options at checkout ranging from next day delivery to longer terms for special delivery items.
If there is a problem with the availability of your chosen goods our customer services staff will immediately let you know the likely delivery date. (You also have the option of alternative products or a refund).
In most instances the parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. we are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient.
If you are out when our couriers call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Rivers and Clouds Ltd and strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please send it back to us together with the products original packaging and labeling within 28 days. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please give details of the fault and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, within 28 days. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost where appropriate.If you are in any doubt, please contact our customer service department.
If you need to return a large item, such as a boat, then please contact the customer service department by email the day before you wish the item to be collected and we will arrange a courier to collect it and return it to us at no cost to you. Third party postage will only be refunded on small items posted by Royal Mail.
